The AHA & BHA peel that we offer is a nice skin rejuvenating peel & facial treatment that offers good skin turn over without down time. Most clients choose to do this peel as a maintenance peel if they have minor skin care concerns or if they want to maintain the effects of the ZENA algae peel after they have completed their intensive treatments.
The AHA & BHA peel Targets: textural irregularities, dullness, uneven skin tone by exfoliating superficial layers of the skin for a brighter, more even appearance. The peel helps even skin texture, clear pore congestion, and improve uneven pigmentation.
How often can it be done: every 3-4 weeks
Downtime: none, can return to regular regimes asap.
What should you not do after AHA BHA peel? Some of the main skincare ingredients you should not apply to the skin after the AHA and BHA peel:
- Vitamin C
- Retinol
- Benzoyl peroxide
- Physical exfoliating scrubs
- Sweating/working out for at least 24hrs.
